At Black Camel Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, taking into account the nature of your booking. Please review the specific terms based on the type of tour or package you’ve reserved:

Tour Packages in Normal Days:

10 Days or More Before the Tour: You can cancel your tour for free, and we will provide a full refund of your payment.

Between 7 and 9 Days Before the Tour: A 30% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.

Between 4 and 6 Days Before the Tour: A 50% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

3 Days or Less Before the Tour: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled departure.

Special Occasions (e.g., Christmas, New Year):

30 Days or More Before the Tour: You can cancel your tour for free, and we will provide a full refund of your payment.

Between 21 and 29 Days Before the Tour: A 30% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 70% will be refunded.

Between 16 and 20 Days Before the Tour: A 50% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

One-Day Tours (Including Day Tours by Flight):

24 Hours or More Before the Tour: Cancellation is allowed, but no flight money will be refunded for day tours by flight.

Please note that no-shows are subject to a full cancellation fee, with no refunds provided.
