Depart early from Cairo at 4:00 AM for an approximately 9-hour drive across the Western Desert to reach Siwa Oasis, located 17 meters below sea level and home to over 23,000 residents. Arrive around 1:00 PM and check in to your eco-lodge hotel for rest and lunch.
At 2:00 PM, begin your Siwa exploration with a visit to Shali Old Town, a labyrinth of ancient mud-brick structures built from salt and clay. Continue to the Mountain of the Dead Cemetery, carved into a conical hill and containing thousands of rock-cut tombs from the Pharaonic to Roman eras.
Next, visit the Temple of Amun (Om Obayda) and the Oracle Temple, where Alexander the Great sought divine confirmation of his rule. End your day at Fitnas Island, surrounded by palm trees and tranquil lakes, to witness one of Egypt’s most beautiful sunsets.

After lunch, embark on a thrilling 4x4 jeep excursion to Bir Wahed, a famous hot and cold spring area located at the edge of the Great Sand Sea. Relax in the warm waters, admire the sweeping sand dunes, and witness a magnificent desert sunset.
End your day with an authentic Bedouin dinner under the stars before returning to your hotel.
