Abu Simbel And Aswan Tour From Luxor

It seems like you've provided an itinerary for a tour in Aswan, Egypt. You'll be met at your hotel in Luxor at 7:00 AM and transferred to Aswan, which is about a 3.5-hour drive. In Aswan, you'll visit the majestic Philae Temple dedicated to Goddess Isis, have lunch at a local restaurant, and then enjoy a motorboat ride to the Nubian Village on Elephantine Island to experience the simple and natural life of the Nubian people. Afterward, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Aswan for check-in, with some free time at leisure, and an overnight stay. Lunch is included in the tour.

In the morning, you'll have breakfast provided by your hotel in Aswan. At 10:00 AM, your guide and driver will accompany you to Abu Simbel, which is about a 3-hour drive from Aswan. Upon arrival, you'll embark on a Safari Trip starting from Shokan Mount, located approximately 15 kilometers from Abu Simbel. Along the way, you'll make 2 stops to take photos of the Sphinx and Shitan Mountains. Once you reach Shokan Mountain, you'll embark on a 2-kilometer trek to the lake. Afterward, you'll ride a boat and enjoy the natural scenery of the lake, taking photos of the Abu Simbel temples and Bird Mountain, also known as The White Mountain.

You will then return to your hotel in Abu Simbel for an overnight stay.

As an optional activity, you can attend the Sound & Light Show at the Abu Simbel Temples.

After breakfast at your hotel in Abu Simbel, you will check out and then visit the two Temples of Abu Simbel. These temples, with their unique style, are considered to be masterpieces of ancient Egypt and reflect the glory and grandeur of the New Kingdom. They were saved from the flood by a cooperative effort between the Egyptian government and UNESCO.

The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramsses II himself. It is also known as The Sun Temple of Ramsses II. The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also called the Temple of Hathor, who was the wife of the Sun God. In a symbolic way, the two temples bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God together as one.

After the temple visit, you'll have lunch at a local restaurant in Aswan. Following lunch, you'll travel in comfort back to your hotel in Luxor.
